Resurgens Public Adjusting, LLC (“Resurgens,” “we,” “us”) operates resurgensatl.com. This policy describes what information we collect when you use our site, how we use it, and your rights with respect to it. What we collect

When you submit the contact or claim-review form on this site, we receive the information you provide, which may include:

• Phone number

• Property ZIP code
• Type of damage or claim
• Any message you write in the free-text field
• Documents you attach — PDF, JPG, or PNG files such as insurer estimates, denial letters, policy excerpts, or damage photos

We also collect standard web-analytics data through Google Analytics 4 (GA4), including pages visited, time on page, approximate location (city level), device type, and referral source. GA4 does not receive your name, phone number, or email. You can opt out of GA4 tracking using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

How we use your information

We use the information you submit solely to respond to your inquiry and, if you engage us, to represent you in your insurance claim. Specifically:

• We contact you at the phone number or email address you provide to schedule your free claim review or to follow up on your request.
• Documents you attach are transmitted to us by email relay and are used only to evaluate your claim. They are not stored in a web database — they travel directly to our email inbox.
• We use analytics data in aggregate to understand which topics are useful to visitors and to improve site content.

We do not use your information for advertising, retargeting, or marketing to unrelated third parties.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with data brokers or advertising networks. The limited sharing that occurs is:

• Google Analytics — anonymized usage data only; no contact information.
• Google Workspace email— form submissions, including any attached documents, are delivered to our inbox via Google’s SMTP relay. This is the only system that receives your submitted data.
• Legal requirement — if required by law, court order, or regulatory authority, we may disclose information as legally compelled.

Document handling

Documents you attach to a form submission are sent to our email inbox and are not stored in any web-accessible database or third-party cloud storage system controlled by this website. Uploading a document does not create a representation agreement. If you engage us, documents will be retained in our files as part of your claim record in accordance with Georgia public adjuster recordkeeping requirements.

Retention

If you submit a form but do not engage our services, we retain your contact information only long enough to respond to your inquiry. Inquiries to which we do not respond within a reasonable period are not retained indefinitely.

If you become a client, your claim file — including contact information and documents — is retained in accordance with our Georgia public adjuster license obligations.

Cookies and tracking

This site uses Google Analytics cookies to understand aggregate visitor behavior. It does not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or behavioral tracking for marketing purposes. You may disable cookies in your browser settings; the site functions without them.

Your rights

You may contact us at any time to request that we delete information you submitted, correct inaccurate information, or ask what information we hold. We will respond within a reasonable time.
