Free Service — No Obligation
Is your insurer’s estimate leaving money on the table?
Insurance estimates are written to limit what the insurer pays — not to capture everything the policy covers. Resurgens reviews estimates for Georgia policyholders at no cost. If there’s a gap worth disputing, Resurgens will tell you.
What Insurer Estimates Frequently Miss
The first estimate is rarely the complete one.
Insurance adjusters are employed by the insurer. Their estimates are a starting position — and they routinely exclude categories of damage that take expertise to identify and document.
- Damage hidden behind walls, under flooring, or in the attic
- Matching replacements for flooring, siding, or roofing that can't be patched
- Code-required upgrades (Ordinance or Law coverage) triggered by the repair
- Line items priced below current contractor rates using outdated Xactimate data
- Recoverable depreciation on personal property that wasn't claimed
- Secondary damage — mold, structural movement — that followed the primary event
- Contents losses from smoke, water, or impact that weren't itemized
- Additional living expenses the policyholder never submitted
No recovery, no fee.
Resurgens charges a 15% contingency fee — only if additional funds are recovered. The review itself is free. If the estimate holds up, Resurgens will tell you that too.

FAQ
Common questions about the estimate review
PDF is preferred — most insurers provide estimates as a PDF or the document can be saved as one. A clear photo of the printed estimate works too. If you don't have a file, describe the offer amount and damage type in the message field and Resurgens will follow up.
Have a denial instead of a low estimate?
Resurgens handles denied and underpaid claims using the same approach — policy review, re-inspection, and documented supplemental filing.
